November 9, 2006
The 4th annual Cohen & Cohen, P.C. Mock Trial Competition was held on November 9, 2006 at The George Washington University Law School. This year, third year students Jordi De Llano and Nicole Herter defeated second year students Aaron Gregory and Tanja Olano. The competition was officiated by The Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina.

Cohen & Cohen, P.C. once again hosted the 3rd annual Cohen & Cohen, P.C. Mock Trial Competition on November 9, 2005 at The George Washington University Law School. Second year law students, Nicholas Sloey and Cecilia Wagner defeated third year student, Aram Gavoor, and second year student, Dana Keenholtz, in this year's competition judged by the Honorable Patricia Broderick and the Honorable Michael Rankin.

The George Washington Law School hosted the 2nd annual Cohen & Cohen, P.C. Mock Trial Competition on October 27, 2004.
The simulated trial was an ideal way for the students
involved to apply what they were learning in the classroom
to a real-world environment. Wayne Cohen, a professor
of trial skills at George Washington, received an award
from the school in recognition of his financial and
professorial contributions.
February 4, 2003
Cohen & Cohen, P.C. donated 14 computers and computer
accessories to Evans Middle School, a local school in
Ward 7 of the District of Columbia.
January 8, 2003
Dress for Success is a non-profit organization that
helps low-income women make transitions into the workforce.
Dress for Success strives to provide each woman with
confidence by providing her with a suit for her first
interview, and upon being hired, a second suit for her
first day of work. The Dress for Success Professional
Women's Group program then provides ongoing support
to help the client build a successful career. On January
8, 2003, Jill F. Cohen, donated numerous suits to Dress
for Success in D.C. to brighten someones future,
and alleviate some of the stress of interviewing for

December 20, 2002
Mimi S. Dennis coordinated an effort to feed the homeless
during the holiday season. Canned food and dried food
were collected by the employees of Cohen & Cohen,
PC and then donated to Our Lady of Victory Catholic
Church, a local church in Northwest D.C..
May 3-5, 2002
Each year the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer brings together
thousands of people to share their stories and celebrate
life, while making an enormous contribution toward funding
access to care and finding a cure. Mimi S. Dennis participated
in the 60-mile walk from Baltimore to DC, May 3-5, 2002,
in addition to raising over $5800.00. The donation goes
to fund research, screening programs, health programs
and grants and provides financial assistance for poor
women in need of mammogram's. Ms. Dennis was supported
by many of her friends at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., who
made financial pledges to the effort. For more information, please
